New paintings, a new product and a new stockist!
This month I got immersed in painting and made 3 new originals. One of Goathland North Yorkshire Moors Railway Train Station. This station is in one of my all-time favourite villages where the sheep roam free! You may also recognise it as it is where Harry Potter and Heartbeat were filmed.

I also painted a smaller classic view of Robin Hood's Bay beach looking up at the buildings. Robin Hood's Bay is very close to my heart as it is where my Dad's side of the family lived and is from. I have many fond memories of Bay.

The third painting I painted was of Whitby Abbey from a slightly lesser-seen view. I wanted to capture as much of the iconic building as I could. I am not very confident in painting boats so this was a big challenge for me, however, I decided to paint fewer of them and make them colourful!

This month I also launched a new product. A LOT of people over the past year have asked me if I could do placemats. Since the demand was so high, I started stocking two increasingly popular designs as placemats. As always, they are available on my website and in the gallery.

Lastly, I'm super proud to announce that a small selection of my pottery is now stocked at The Beck Isle Museum Shop in Pickering. I'm super excited my work has been selected and has spread a little further afield.
