The first small-batch of the year is nearly sold out & new experiments are coming soon...
My first small batch of the year came out of the kiln a huge success in the second week of Feb and the majority has sold out! I made loooooaaaads of starry mugs as they were the most highly requested, so I mainly have those left.
The Monstera pots were also a huge success and sold out almost instantly. I loved how the green stains came out, I kind of wanted to keep them all for myself. Expect plenty more of these in the future!

Working on my next batch, I've decided to experiment with some completely new methods and processes for decorating my pots. I've taken my firing all the way up from cone 6 to cone 9 and I am making some reactive glazes! I bought all the raw materials and I have been researching different glaze recipes and application processes.
When I first started making pots I came at the decoration side of things from an illustrative approach. Now, I'm excited to experiment and try something entirely different. Paying homage to the more traditional methods of producing pottery, which almost feel like science experiments going into the kiln!
